3. Getting Started

Work begins once we agree on the plan, scope, and pricing in writing (usually on WhatsApp).
You share the access we need (ad accounts, pages, brand assets) so we can start without delays.
Monthly services renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.

4. Fees & Payments

Service fees are confirmed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) before work begins.
Monthly retainers are payable in advance. Ad spend paid to Meta/Google is separate and is paid directly by you unless agreed otherwise.
Payment instructions are shared when we confirm your plan.
Fees are subject to change for future months; your fee is locked at the rate confirmed for the current period.

5. Refund Policy

If you have any concern about a payment or refund, contact us at 0371 5739473 and we will review your case fairly.
If we cancel a service or campaign, you will receive a full refund or credit for the affected period — your choice.

6. Project Work & Revisions

We share content and campaign drafts for your approval before publishing.
Reasonable revisions are included in every plan; major scope changes may be quoted separately.
Timelines depend on timely feedback and access from your side.

8. Honest Expectations

We provide professional marketing services and honest advice. However, results depend on your budget, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific sales, leads, or income.

9. Intellectual Property

Marketing content created for you (posts, graphics, videos, ad creatives) becomes yours once paid in full. Our internal processes, templates, and tools remain the property of Khyber Marketing Agency.

10. Website Use

The content on this website is for general information. While we keep it accurate, service details may change; the version confirmed before work begins applies.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability
